Tammy Slaton, star of TLC’s 1000-Lb. Sisters, has opened up about her dramatic transformation, having lost around 540 pounds since her peak weight of 725 pounds. She initially aimed to lose 30 pounds but gained 100 during the pandemic, making  weight loss more challenging.
