The 47th U.S. president recently shared details about an extravagant gift he gave his 17-year-old granddaughter, Kai Trump, igniting mixed reactions.
He disclosed that he purchased a Tesla Cybertruck for her, a vehicle that currently ranges in price from $81,985 to $101,985, according to Car and Driver.
Donald revealed that he bought the Cybertruck about a year ago, and it has since become a favorite of Kai, who is set to play golf at the University of Miami. In October 2024, she posed with her silver Cybertruck before she attended her school’s homecoming dance.
In a video that Daily Mail shared, the U.S. president could be heard speaking about the purchase. “I bought it for a very special young woman, you know, I’m sure you’ve never heard of her, Kai,” he told the media.
“She’s a great golfer, and she puts the clubs in the back, and I guess it’s a very safe deal, she loves it,” he continued.
