I’m Bob, a construction foreman working on a tough project halfway up a steep hill. Because there’s no road access, we rely on just two clearly marked no-parking spots at the bottom of the hill to keep deliveries running smoothly. One morning, a woman pulled up and parked her SUV right in one of those spots, completely ignoring the signs.
When I politely asked her to move so the lumber delivery could get through, she didn’t care. She told me to “deal with it” and acted like the rules didn’t apply to her.
Minutes later, the delivery truck arrived, loaded with materials we needed. I asked her again to move, but she refused and said we could just unload around her.
